Tahini and Chocolate Truffles

So easy, yet elegant and delicious!

1.5 cups tahini paste

2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup

170 gr. chocolate morsels

1/8 tsp. salt

1 1/4-1.1/2 cups of crunchy addition:

crushed nuts, biscuits, cereal or a mix of all.

  1. Pour the tahini into a wide sauce pan and turn the heat on low.
    2. Add the chocolate, salt and honey and keep stirring slowly till the chocolate completely melts. Don’t let the mix boil or get too hot. Remove from heat.
    3. Mix in the nuts.
    4. Spread the mix on a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
    5. Take out and cut into square. Store it in the freezer.
