Vegan banana ice cream

4 FTOZEN bananas

2 tbsp. coconut cream

1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup

3/4 cup candied pecans, crushed

  1. place the bananas, honey and coconut cream in the food processor and start pulsing till you get the consistency of soft ice cream Add the pecans and pulse one more time The ice cream is ready and is best to eat upon making, but you can still freeze it for later
