Chocolate balls (GF)

3 cups GF biscuits, crushed

150 gr. chocolate chips

50 gr. margarine or butter

1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

1/2 cup ground nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts or any other kind)

2 tbsp. sugar

shredded coconut, for rolling

  1. in a wide skillet melt the chocolate chips with the butter, milk and sugar.
    2. keep stirring till the chocolate melts. Remove from stove.
    3. Add the rest of ingredients and refrigerate for an hour.
    4. Take out I mix the mix and form small balls.

  2. Roll them in coconut and place in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated.
