GF tahini cookies


1 cup ground walnuts

1/2 c. potato starch

50 gr. butter or margarine

1/2 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 c. tahini paste
Sesame seeds for rolling

  1. preheat the oven (375°).

  2. in a bowl mix all of the ingredients

  3. Form small balls and roll in sesame seeds. 3.

  4. Put the cookies in a lined baking tray, 2 inch apart

  5. Bake for 12 minutes
