Herbed zucchini-turkey burgers:
- 1 lb. ground turkey 
- 1 cup of herbs: mint, parsley and cilantro 
- 3 scallions 
- 3 garlic cloves 
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil 
- 1 tsp. cumin 
- ½ tsp. hot paprika 
- Salt and pepper 
- 1 big zucchini 
- 1 egg (you may need to use only part of it. It depends on the consistency) 
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs 
- In a food processor, place all the vegetables and chop. 
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Fix seasoning. 
- Form patties and grill, 10 minutes on each side.
