GF “Baci Di Dama” cookies

This is a gluten free version of the Italian cookies “Baci Di Dama”, which means in Italian the “lLady Kisses”.

1 cup ground hazelnuts

3/4 cup ground pecans

3/4 cup potato starch

1/2 tsp. baking powder

3/4 cup potato starch

3/4 cup powdered sugar

80 gr. margarine or butter

1/4 tsp. salt

Any kind of chocolate and hazelnut spread

  1. Preheat oven (350°)

  2. Mix all of the ingredients till a dough comes together.

  3. Refrigerate for 30 minute.s.

  4. Take the dough out and form small balls.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  6. once cookies are cool, spread some chocolate spread and make sandwiches.
